Sandals Resorts has rolled out a series of virtual tools and special packages for destination weddings during the pandemic.

Here are some of the brand's new initiatives:

Complimentary Wedding Ceremony Live Stream Service

Couples that book a destination wedding or ReTie the Knot from 15SEP, 2020 to 31DEC, 2020, with plans to wed in 2020 and 2021, receive a Complimentary Wedding Ceremony Live Stream Service, so families and friends can "attend" virtually.

Virtual Wedding Planning

Brides and grooms can dream up their big day right from home, with virtual planning tools like:

360-degree Digital Tours: Virtually "walk" through Sandals resorts, with a look at the property's grounds, suites, beaches and pools that set the stage for a destination wedding.

Virtual Wedding Design Experience: "Meet" a Sandals and Beaches wedding planner while being transported virtually to a customizable wedding showroom and explore the décor options available for ceremonies and receptions.

Digital Wedding Planning Tool: Browse through Sandals' wedding offerings and venues to choose.

Customizable Celebrations Groups Of Any Size

Sandals has options for ceremonies of all sizes, from a bride-and-groom elopement to larger events of 50 guests (the maximum currently advised by the US CDC). Sandals' wedding venues include Over-the-Water Serenity Wedding Chapels and oceanfront gazebos that allow for intimate, open-air ceremonies and celebrations.

Two Lovebirds Elopement: Weddings are complete with customizable décor and all Sandals weddings inclusions – from signature cocktails and breakfast in bed with mimosas, to a 5×7 wedding photograph and more.

The Perfect Ten Minimony: Couples can invite eight loved ones to join the party as they get married in a secluded ceremony location, from open-air and over-the-water chapels to a manicured garden. The minimony includes an intimate one-hour cocktail reception with sparkling wine, and the bride and groom get 15% off Red Lane Spa experience. Plus, booking five double occupancy rooms gives couples the choice of a Bells & Whistles enhancement – adding an extra perk to get that sangria bar.

Sweetest 50 Microwedding: Consisting of a party of 50 people, microweddings booked with 20 double occupancy rooms or more come with all of Sandals' complimentary wedding inclusions, plus the choice of three Bells & Whistles enhancements. Selections include a welcome cocktail party to kick off the festivities, a 5-Star Global Gourmet lobster dinner reception, a rum and game night, a $1,000 credit towards an Island Routes Catamaran Cruise and more.

Sequel Celebrations: Sandals offers special packages for celebrations beyond weddings and honeymoons, like the Anniversary program, which offers a complimentary night stay for couples booked 7 nights or more in a Club or Butler suite, a free ReTie the Knot minimony for a group of 5 rooms or more.
